We've been busy the last couple of days working at City Park again. Yesterday morning we worked with some folks from Capital One. We took mulch to trees around a trail. It was pretty tough work, but it was cool to meet some new people. That afternoon we removed Tallow, which is an invasive species in the area.
Today we worked in the botanical gardens and greenhouse. We helped set up for a plant sale, which is a revenue source for the greenhouse. Later in the day we mulched some walkways around the garden.
Tonight we are headed to Preservation Hall. I'm excited to see some real jazz.
Haven't taken too many pictures the last couple of days. I'll try to work on that.
